how is it for pour over ??? I plan to mainly use for it pour over, French press & Moka pot. I also have C40 but getting lazy

I like your style =3 my grinder gets here in mid July ughhh. I heard that you can go past the calibrate and go right around to drip again so that you can get an even coarser ground ?

Oh yes ur right. So the numbers and markings are just guide. U can go coarser and even finer as well.
after i installed the anti-popcorn lid, my range is 40-45 for kalita wave, 22g.

I have a question I’m looking to buy a grinder for my Rocket appartamento, right now I have a hand grinder from 1Zpresso (E-Pro) and it does the work quite well but it’s time to buy something faster😬! I’m thinking the Niche or the Eureka mignion. How do you like so far your Niche? Is it worth the money for espresso? Thanks in advance!

Thank you for the excellent video! Do you know what the actual retention is compared to the exchange of grounds you show in the video? When you take it apart to clean is there a lot of coffee trapped inside?
Nono It even barely has retention left inside the chamber. That's why Niche users barely clean it
Would you recommend to me Comandante or Niche? Niche is in my location 2-3x more expensive. Currently I have a hand grinder from Aliexpress with metal burr (Xeoleo) and I would like to improve in the quality of grinding. I want to use the grinder for Ibrik, Moka pot, AeroPress and especially for the V60. Thanks in advance for your answer.
Talking about retention, how is it compared to your previous comandante?
Comandante is meant to have no rentention.. or any other hand grinders. Since it's conical and the burrs are set without carrier or outlet. The grounds just directly drops from the burrs. So technically, not only Niche but all the electrical grinders with burr carriers with outlet has more retention.
I had the Niche Zero and just sold it. Wasn't really impressed. How do you compare this to the Ultra grinder with SSP burrs? I just put an order in for it.
It's fun... It's like having several grinders as it can do rpm change. But as I use it at home, I don't really change often haha. I did for the first 1 month though. But I use niche as often as using ultra. It's really good benefit for me not to have the retention.

I have a Comandante and use it only for filter coffee. Do you think the Niche is better than the Comandante for filter coffee? I’m thinking to get one.
I don't think there is "better" in grinders. Of course there are some grinders produce a lot of fines. So that the taste is too dark, bitter, or non characters. Except those, the grinders are different but not good or bad issue. So... they're really similar but slightly different. The thing is though, Niche is electrical grinder. So you don't need to use ur manual force. So if you get Niche, your life will be easier. I bet
For v60, is 2min10s count from you start pour for bloom?

that’s fast! I normally got 3:00 total time with 15g/250g recipe
It's up to what kinda flavor i want to get out of the coffee that I use
