At 2.30 in the video when the man asked for a fruit cake and then didn't eat it because of the cucumber and tomato on top. Technically, both of them are fruit because with fruit, you can eat the seeds, with the only exception being a banana. So the waiter is correct, and the customer and narrator are incorrect in their assumptions.
