Thank you Sidra. I’m frustrated because sometimes as an autistic person I wrap a blanket around my body and head to keep warm because it’s comfortable or if I have sensory overload I’ll place a towel over my head and my parents harass me saying I’m wearing a burka or a hijab when I’m only trying to keep warm. They scream at me that normal people don’t wear burkas or hijabs. My family is Islamophobic and it’s getting on my nerves because we are Mormon/LDS and our church teaches to accept Islam and that God planned Islam for the gathering of Israel. That being said although the church supports Islam, they also believe the Q’uran and bible are mistranslated. I personally don’t believe Allah and Elohim are the same god because their doctrines are different. I believe either the Bible is correct or the Q’uran is. I am open to the idea of Elohim and Allah being different gods since Islam teaches there’s 6 levels of heaven and Mormonism teaches there’s 3 and the Bible and Book of Mormon say other gods exist but it clarifies these gods are merely demons or fallen angels residing in other parts of heaven. The drawings of the Islamic heaven and the drawings of the 3rd kingdom in Mormonism are identical so I believe Allah could be one of the gods who created the earth under Elohims instruction based on that fact that both the Q’uran and the Joseph smith translated Bible says “and the gods created the earth” and the Q’uran says “we” created the earth and the Q’uran gives credit ti the creator of the earth which implies Elohim and Allah are not the same god but they aren’t partners either. Not to mention the Bible predicts the coming of both the Q’uran and the Book of Mormon. So IF Allah and Elohim are NOT the same God, I believe Elohim rules the celestial and Allah rules the 3rd kingdom of heaven and ironically the Q’uran does mention Sunah as being the 3rd kingdom of heaven so who knows it could be true! ☺️ If it isn’t, and I’m wrong then either Allah is the true God and the rest of us are bound for hell or Elohim is the true God and only evil people go to hell. One of the two. Although personally I would rather follow Jesus and Elohim because Allah’s rules are way too strict for me. I prefer Elohims laws. Elohim is the God of Judaism, Christianity, Catholicism and Mormonism, Allah is the God of Islam ALONE. I’m a spiritualist so I try to keep an open mind I’m not a Christian anymore and left Christianity due to online bullies and I left Mormonism for being bullied at church so I’m a spiritualist now but yeah it irks me I’m getting harassed for wearing a blanket for comfort. They laugh and mock me for it saying I should leave the church and convert to Islam. They harass me for listening to music too saying it’s rude yet they listen to music as much as I do. No music isn’t banned in Mormonism they just feel it’s wrong that I do it but say they can because they aren’t addicted to music. I only listen to uplifting music so I don’t see why they get so upset. They don’t like having my headphones in around them and they’re against self care and consider it rude. My fellow Mormons won’t even be around my parents anymore due to their ridiculous behavior but yeah as a spiritualist I have a pink cancer scarf/hijab my best friend bought me for prayer and I pray throughout the day and when I wear it I feel so liberated and empowered and close to Jesus and my own God (Elohim). I also practice that Muslim prayer you taught us to help keep satan away. I pray standing up with arms folded like most Mormons do but as a spiritualist I combine my Muslim, Christian and Mormon beliefs and practices as one. I’m not Muslim but the things I agree with I do practice. Since I do believe Jesus died on the cross, instead of wudu and works, I take my own personal communion with bread and water. Mormons aren’t technically supposed to do that but I noticed when I bless my own bread and water I feel an immediate change of cleansing of sin but when I take it the churches way I feel nothing. My dad is priesthood holder at home for us but it never works unless I do it myself or if I’m at church I feel something when the official elders bless it but I think the reason it doesn’t work when my dad does it is maybe he isn’t right with God. Priesthood holders aren’t supposed to bless it if they’re in sin. If you’re in sin you shouldn’t take sacrament. My family unfortunately views sacraments as a magic potion to erase sin and that’s not how it works. As a spiritualist though combining these 3 practices of Islam, Christianity and Mormonism is so uplifting. Like I said I’m not Muslim, Mormon or Christian anymore, I’m a spiritualist but I do practice what I believe in. I’m so thankful for your videos. Keep up the great work!

don't be discouraged over not doing sunnah prayers. Fard is fard for a reason, our religion is not meant to burden us.

I've always felt drawn to islam for some reason. Considered converting at like 15 which was 13 years ago. Then I fell off the rails. I've just sorted my life out & became mentally healthy and happy. First of all sidra you really inspire me to do my best as a mother and home maker which is my sacred role that makes me feel so blessed, fulfilled and happy.every day.. For this reason I've not been spending much time on CZcams at all, you knooow how busy life is as a mother.. currently breastfeeding a sleeping baby boy, my blessing from I'm starting to think Allah (but I don't want to use his name in vain idk if I'm being disrespectful, I don't want to be)
so I'm here. Just started reading the Quran and it is so beautiful, inspiring, it is bringing me peace. Im going to keep reading it & hopefully i am guided to where I need to be spiritually and also as a mother. I haven't connected it to islam but I don't eat pork, I consider alcohol poison and will never touch a drop again, I dress modestly (not by your standard but compared to how I used to dress & to what's considered acceptable here) I don't speak to men unless I have a reason to.. I've noticed music is bad for my mental health (except for occasionally classical music at the moment, but I haven't entirely 'quit' music.. I haven't committed to anything and I am so aware that I sin a lot still but I am going to keep reading the Quran just a bit each day (very busy life) thank you sidra you are an inspiration not just as a Muslim but as a mother and person ❤

~Tahajjud time is on even 15 mins before fajr so if you are a heavy sleeper you should try waking up atleast 20 mins before fajr and offer tahajjud.
~Raise your hands in dua in tahajjud + be consistent, Allah loves hearing our duas.
