- Finding St Daniel's Tomb was a surprise in Samarkand in Uzbekistan! One of a few places that lay claim to the bones. You know, Daniel and the lions den, that's the guy! Such an incredible story, including healing spring water and an 18 meter (60 foot) sarcophagus! Legend or truth, the fact remains that Daniel is part of the Christian, Muslim and Jewish faiths, and it's a cool, historical place to visit.

If you remember, by the 600 year old tree, there was a door, people used to read inside, but the reason its now locked is because the people say that the rocks above are now so weak that now if you open the door now, the rocks and everything will fall and break. But its not fully comfirmed

No idea why he visited, but this was a cool tomb to visit for me. One day I'd like to go to Susa, but it's much harder to visit than going to Samarkand.
Daniel was living in Babylon which was located exactly where his tomb is in susha ,what he was wanted in Uzbekistan?!?!

Just showing where I was and what I experienced. I'm sure the people of Uzbekistan don't think it's lies. Apparently there are several locations that lay claim to Daniels tomb. But thank you, no name, new user account for your comments.
In the video he mentioned that Timur (Tamerlane) brought it over from his conquests. Timur did capture modern day Iraq. Before Timur became Khan he was a thief and a robber.
