Good bones, strong downtown, decent infrastructure, some of the best weather in the country, close to Toronto, airport, etc etc. Just needs quick rapid transit to Toronto and Niagara Falls on the other end, and decent train access to Kitchener-Waterloo and London. If that all happens, I cannot see why Hamilton couldn't firmly place itself in Canada's top 10 cities in every convo.
