We love scramlettes! We make them all the time now since watching your videos. We sometimes use leftover chow mein or stir fried veggies in our scramlettes and it tastes like egg foo young. Delicious. 🤓
Following your suggestion for advance prepping has really cut down on the time I spend cutting my vegetables. I store them in zip lock bags that I pile up in baskets as this takes up less room in my refrigerator. I greatly enjoy spending less time with prep and clean up now! I now cook extra potatoes, noodles and rice to have them handy for quick meals.
What a great format. You template based cooking is great. Recently making a cold water rinsed noodle dish adding various sauces to dip noodles in.. fried rice is a great flavour chasing template. Thanks Tak 👍
