Yea cooking outside. Right now STL is having below freezing temperatures so not right now. Wish Apts could cook outdoors. Can't even have a grill. Have made myself cook more on my cast iron pans so I can get rid of replacing the others every 6 months.
Open fire cooking is always the best! That's when I really enjoy cooking. I'm always amazed when I'm doing historical demonstrating at how many people can't believe that I'm actually cooking with fire and then they'll gasp when I actually start to eat it. People just have no clue.
I definitely want to do more outdoor cooking!!

Nice grill, I use a stainless steel rack from out of our old oven. That one she's using is very cool.
