i remeber having noticing ALL these signs while i was having a pregnancy scare a few months ago...
turns out im not pregnant.
i belive that my scare was making me obssesive about my body. i felt those flutters many times and everytime i was gettinv more and more anxious.
i had to wait all 3-4 weeks to get it and when i did it started off really pink and i thought it was preg spotting which killed me :))
later in the night i started bleeding a lot more and i calmed down.
i just have found your account and im interested into looking in more because i enjoy your calm voice

Hi, stressing can really interfere with our reproductive system. So yes it could have been the stress hormone cortisol that was causing some ups and downs. ❤️
Yes, I also enjoy her calm voice...maybe I'm pregnant, lately I feel so irritated by loud voices, even my husband's voice, just started feeling that way last week

I have been having very excessive salivation. As well as that butterfly feeling low in my abdomen. Now 3 days before my cycle I am feeling that pre period cramping like. I have been testing and decided today I’m not testing anymore. They have all been negative. I will wait until Saturday and see if my cycle shows. Thank you for this video!

crazy thing is i didn't know i was 5 weeks and 4 days when i found out i was. my body is funny like that. i had no symptoms at all not even a sign of implantation except a missed period and i just thought it was stress. it felt like i wasn't pregnant AT ALL. i lost that baby though due to my hashimotos

I binge watch your videos so happy to have found this channel....I'm very in tuned with my body and it's the day b4 af and strangely I have no pms symptoms usually 2 days b4 af I get huge pimples and cramps...I have none its 14 dpo I had cramping and pinching with an occasional slight stabbing pain at 9 10 and 11 dpo then it subsided...hoping for a bfp send me baby dust..

I have watched a lot of your videos and it helps me stay calm,I had a baby in April but we lost him and so I have been trying to concieve again but even the first time it took 9months before I could test positive I'm due to have my period in 4 days I done 3 urine tests and I could see the faintest line on two of them I just hope it happens this time.

Hi there Vickie/Vicky. Please forgive me if I misspelled your name. Questions that I need your advice on.
So I spotted June 15-17 very light to my irregular heavy periods. My period was suppose to start the 23ish. Never gotten it. Took one pregnancy test in the morning on the 24th with negative. Next day took another with a negative. I am 1 year postpartum, breastfeed little one. I can’t tell if I am pregnant. I tested my cervix and Its kinda feels like a mixture of nose and ears. My discharge increased a bit more then normal. I have seen a decrease in my milk supply however it’s been the same feeding since my little one started eating solids about 6 months. I will be taking a test July 3rd to see one more time. Just trying to make sense here for me. Thank you kindly and have a blessed day.

Hi, as it’s before your period it’s quite early for feeling nauseous or smell aversions. These normally come after a missed period. Perhaps watch my video about checking your cervix for early signs of pregnancy…that’s very helpful for before a missed period
I had implantation bleeding a few days ago last week Wednesday it last 3 days and I'm feeling every symptoms.... been having back pains I smelt someone smoking and felt sick a lot has been going on these past few days but I don't wanna get my hopes up and then end up getting my period.... ill continue on monitoring my symptoms and watching your videos 🙏🏽🤞🏼

Hi and thank you. If she has irregular cycles, does she happen to know when she ovulated? It is important to have a feeling for the length of time since ovulation in order to calculate how many days she could possibly be pregnant. That would help with knowing if it is still to early for a positive test.

I am late 3-4days. Once i felt a nodge on my right abdominal which made me happy. Following day i felt righy leg cramp which is usually a sign of pms, 😭. Tested all negative. I dun have any other symptoms no need to pee, no pulling feeling nothing. I am so anxious to test again!
hello I was pregnant found out when I was three months pregnant but I had a miscarriage this April need advice and help on how would I tell if I’m pregnant is it healthy to try again? Been trying ever since April and nothing all tests are negative any recommendations.. this last month period was weird I had it July 28-august 3 then again August 28-September 2nd should I be concerned ?
2 days before my period. The left side on my lower abdomen has felt different for some days now. Some days I felt slight pain or discomfort. That side seems more swollen internally and it bubbles. I have noticed increased bowel movements also. My breasts are firmer maybe heavier. This is my first month trying and I have a strong feeling I am.

Hello, thanks so much for watching and being here 😘It is possible to experience spotting when you ovulate. Doctors say that it is a sign of higher estrogen levels and the sudden drop in levels as ovulation happens. If it does happen then it would happen for 1-2 days only.

I'm definitely feeling the body heat three days before my period it was so bad he couldn't cuddle with me because he said I burn him up. the butterfly and bubble feeling I definitely started to feel that today, I've had implementation because three days before my period I'd have light pink even the brown you described but in spots and little and now I'm starting to have little nausea and dizziness. I also have been feeling light to medium cramps but not severely painful, and my boobs art tender . My body is starting to feel way different then it did before. I just have to wait to take the test to be sure but I definitely have felt half of the symptoms.

Hi! Great video, thank you for this info. I have a question though around the positioning of the cervix. I have measured mine for the past couple of weeks now, but it doesn't seem like it is really changing. Mine has stayed high and soft for around 3 weeks. I am not pregnant since I've tested negative, had a period like bleeding a couple of days ago, but had implantation bleeding before that (I believe I miscarried during the last "menstrual bleeding"). Could it be possible that some women's cervix does not change from low to hard, high to soft?
Hi, it could be possible because we are all different. Have you noticed if you have ovulated recently? Also, perhaps it is too early for a test and you need to check again in 3-4 days. Perhaps it was implantation bleeding ?

Well, I think I had implantation bleeding on 10 DPO, it stopped, and came back 12 DPO. Is that normal you think? I took a test on 15 DPO; Negative. But 12 DPO blood was brown, then more dark red with some clots, then brown again. Cervix was high and squishy the whole time. I'm wondering though if I might be progesterone deficient, because my periods normally only last 2,5 days and I just need to use a panty liner every time. Do you think it might be a good idea to start taking ovulation tests each month?
I’ve been feeling a twinge in my ovary and I’ve been nervous it’s a cyst. I’ve been nauseous off and on. I’ve been constipated for a couple days. But all those are symptoms of a cyst :( period is due 3 days. I’m trying not to get my hopes up too high Bc we’ve been trying for almost 5 years for our second child

Hi I’ve been watching your videos for almost three weeks my period has been normal until this month it was supposed to come on the 11th but I started spotting on the 5th. The middle of the day on the 6th it got a little heavier but I wasn’t cramping like I normally do it wasn’t bad at all was just at the bottom of my stomach that night it went back to spotting but it was pinkish and never came back on and I haven’t seen my period which is 3 days late. I’ve taken four pregnancy test and they have either came back negative or error, but I’ve literally been having every symptom!

See, my boobs usually hurt before my period, but it only lasts a few days. This cycle, they've been hurting for almost two weeks, feel super warm to the touch, heavy, and are sensitive enough for me to want to avoid clothes at all costs. No other changes though and period due tomorrow. I'm thinking it's just a really wonky cylce.
I just had a 2 day spot bleed 8 days before my period. My boyfriend made the comment of my breast looking "perky" 😂😂 but my eating habits have changed and i have been experiencing a dizziness and headache. Hi, thank you 💕 Probably too early for testing but check my video about about checking your cervix. If it’s soft and height then that’s a good sign of pregnancy. It’s hard to say with best time to test, it depends when exactly implantation happened because then your hCG levels start rising

I’m due to have my period the 31st. During Christmas service I had back cramps that radiated to the front. I thought for sure AF was showing up early. The rest of the day I felt incredibly bloated. My fertility app is saying I can test tomorrow, but I’m so nervous it will be a negative 😂😭

Ladies, please understand that most of the time you will feel pms symptoms before you notice any early symptoms of pregnancy. Meaning, those early signs that you keep associating with a possibility pregnancy, are more likely pms symptoms than early pregnancy symptoms. That's because pregnancy symptoms don't just appear right away. It'll already be about a month into your pregnancy before you even notice anything and by then you would have noticed that you've definitely missed your period. I think we get ourselves worked up thinking that the symptoms we're feeling that are most likely just pms, is pregnancy.

And after trying for a baby several times thinking I was having early pregnancy symptoms which just turned out to be pms, and getting myself worked up thinking that it was early pregnancy symptoms based on all of the information I read, it was pretty disappointing, not to mention exhausting. On the flip side, I just found out I'm pregnant a few days ago and I didn't have ANY of those pregnancy symptoms. This is my 4th pregnancy. I thought I was pregnant with pms and now that I'm actually pregnant, I don't have any symptoms YET (keyword). I know that it will probably progress as I get further in. And don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that those early pregnancy symptoms don't exist. But pms is likely to give you all of those pregnancy symptoms that gradually kick in within weeks after conceiving, which is what causes disappointment for many women including myself. It's not always something you feel right away.
That’s so great that you are pregnant. Congratulations! Not all ladies get symptoms early on and many breeze through the first trimester whilst others struggle. Yes we are all different that‘s for sure.
In my experience there was a huge difference between PMS and pregnancy symptoms. Especially things like tracking your cervix.

I definitely respectfully disagree agree I knew I was pregnant at 3 weeks because I already had symptoms. Every woman is different just like every pregnancy is different. Congratulations, I hope you have an amazing pregnancy and delivery!

Thank you for your videos! I have been experiencing dull/bloating pains for two weeks. If I can describe it like this it would be like i am SUPER aware of my uterus. My period was supposed to start yesterday and there’s no sign of it - i have like a see through discharge and also my nipples have been sensitive for almost a week now.
I have taken two tests last week one week apart and both have been negative. Really frustrated with this pms and pregnancy symptoms being/feeling so alike😅😅.
Check my cervix last night and it felt soft and closed but also low (i have had 3 vaginal births -don’t know if that can be a reason for it).
I have noticed a fatigue the past two weeks. 😮but yah. I am not sure about what to do😂😂😂

@@OhMyMamaBody i am 5days late now. I am still not sure what to make of it. Last night i had this really interesting feeling in my uterus. It was almost like a wave that did a spiral move. I thought okay - maybe it’s the period starting to press down. And still nothing. Like can pregnancy symptoms make you feel so uncomfortable(like just super aware of your uterus?) constant dull feeling. I don’t know how to accurately describe this sensation. It’s like i cannot wear any clothes. The looser it is - the better.
I checked my cervix - it’s quite high in the shower en super low when I am on the toilet. 😂🤣maybe I am doing something wrong. On the tip it feels soft and it’s tightly closed. Had a milky white discharge for a week now. 🙈😉

Hi, if you took a blood test before your period was due then it may well have been too early. Normally they make you wait until after a missed period
I am currently 11 dpo and my period is due in 3 days . On my 10 dpo , I had implantation spotting that morning and later that night with slight cramps on and off as well . nothing painful . I’ve been also having very much likely pregnancy symptoms too . However , I took a pregnancy test midday and it was negative (10 dpo) . Does this mean I’m not pregnant ? 😩

Im 13 DPO and experienced extreme fatigue, exhaustion and thirst which I usually dont have. Also Im nauseous all day long since 5 DPO. I had also lots of headaches. Mild cramping yesterday and the day before but my test at 11 DPO was negative. My period is always kinda irregular but the Flo app says its due in 2 days. Idk if Im pregnant or not. Please answer if you see this. I don't have any tell tale symptoms of pregnancy. No soreness or tenderness of breast, no excessive urination, temperature seems normal, fatigue is still the same but my period is delayed 2 days and I've never had penetrative vaginal sex. Hi, I think by now it’s ok to test. Best way to find out when there is light bleeding. It can be confusing if implantation bleeding or not if it is so light.
