If you don't want the noodles to stick together, once you strain it, put the strainer under cold running water straight away, but you will have to put oil and salt again. :)
Ma'am if you put some oil during boiling, the noodles won’t be stick.and after boiling the noodles strain with some normal water

So the noodles you are taking is a perfect choice, but take an iron wok next time also cook everything on full and high flame also always wash noodles with a freezing cold water, strain it properly and than put some oil onto noodles
