Vegas is where we met! Hubby and I were on contiki, we met you guys in a night club and I gave you my drinks vouchers because I don’t drink lol. I hate night clubs, I only went to tick it off the list but I actually enjoyed the night with you!

I noticed you made yourself the sandwich thins instead of the regular white bread that you gave your kids. I’m assuming you did that because you thought the sandwich thins were less carb and or healthier. Unfortunately it’s false advertising and marketing. Believe it or not most other brands of bread have less carbs then the sandwich which thins. If you look at the serving size of the sandwich things it’s for 1 slice as opposed to 2 slices for regular bread serving size. Generally you end up eating an extra 10-15g of carb when eating the sandwich things. This shocked me when I saw them at the supermarket. Not to mention they are highly processed and full of sugar and fillers. You are better off having rye or sourdough below 30g of carbs per 2 slices. Always check the serving the size. Don’t be fooled by “thins” marketing scam.
