pork chop - 1 kg (2.2 lb)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
Coca-Cola - 500 ml (16.9 fl oz)
TO MARINATE 30 minutes
for the filling:
mushrooms - 400 g (14 oz)
onion - 1 piece
bacon - 250 g (8.8 oz)
red bell pepper - 1 piece
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 3 g (0.11 oz)
oil - 50 ml (⅕ cup)
pressed cheese - 200 g (7 oz)
Tray size 24 X 30 cm (9.45 x 12 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/30 minutes

180* for 30 minutes is definetley not long enough! Pork should have a MINIMUM internal temperature of 145* to be safe for consumption.
