Hello, I'm from Los Angeles, CA...I've got to take my hat off to you; it's just extraordinary how Mother earth gives to the world & then what man can produce from it. Thanks for the video teachings & now I'll do my part in the garden & share with others. 😉👍🥥
Thanks for this intro video on Coco Peat. I believe this will be a useful thing in coolers too. What is the best, most value-added product, e.g. in healthcare sector, pharma or environmental friendly use as this is a bio-degradable raw material!
Video was informative, I'm starting to organi c garden at home in this lock down. Would be nice to support India's business and improve working conditions.
good effort to compose such video.. we easily buy everything. Sometimes its good if we know how they r made so that we use them carefully and dont waste them.
GREETINGS FROM COSTA RICA ! Hello gentlemen first I would like to express my gratitude towards the production of the video and the fact that you all are providing the footage for us CZcamsrs. Please keep up the good work, it definitely seems like a lot of hard work but it definitely pays off to create something out of something that is considered waste, I see it as a very magnificent use of the materials that are available in ones eco system and overall its just a great way to generate jobs and to create demand for products within multiple markets like fibres or even hydroponic medium production (soil purposes). Overall great information and a very interesting set up you guys have got going on there, I am really interested in knowing more about details regarding this type of business and what types of activities the work shifts involve. I was really wondering if it wouldn't be too much to ask for some basic specifications of the de-fibering machine that was seen in the video at 1:33min. It would be awesome to know for example : brand , year and model (if possible serial numbers) of the specific machine. Of course its just a commitment-free question regarding how much information you guys would be able to give me please dont feel obligated in disclosing any sensitive details, but any information would be much appreciated !! Here in Costa Rica theres always coconuts lying around in the coastal regions and they pretty much accumulate in some specific areas therefore, a business model of this type would be one that could generate several jobs and could cover some needs such as the ones mentioned above (fibre material and hydroponic medium). Here its really important the create green jobs and to create industrial scale economic activites that add on to the green image of the country and that innovate the way that we manage as a country to create sustainable products that leave limited carbon footprints upon production and disposal after usage. It would be really great to hear from you guys ! Im really amazed by the process and hope the best for you guys over there at the Mother land. So much coconuts here we just gotta see what we can do with them efficiently lol. Have a good one and may the universe be in your favor my friends, take care and be safe guys ! Godspeed
Very good video...can u also produce dish scrubbers..so people can switch from plastic scrubs to biodegradable ones..and if u employ people instead of machine...people families will get some suupport.. I would like to buy organic products which support Bharatiya and Bharat's environment ❤️
Felt the same..but for some profitability may be first priority..given that cocopeat now started finding market in India, the tendency will be towards lowering the price and thus finding way to reduce cost. Moreover the production process itself has lot of health hazards..
Great work, hats off to the workers earning a living in this environment. The employers duty is to protect the health of their employees. At least masks gloves and aprons should be given free.
Do find that there is enough industry demand for coco fiber strands? I know it can be made into flower pots, floor and door mats, rope. I am interested to see the fibers could be compressed in a heated mold to make lumber and indoor furniture.
Hello buddy thanks for making this video....quite insightful ....would like to know a few more details on this let me know if you are available for a quick talk

Hi, Thanks for sharing the video, I am looking for settings up my own plant in Maharastra is this something you can assist to guide to the respective person
What is the life of cocopeat.. ? like on mixing it with soil..when to remix it again as it is an organic matter ..and will surely decompose with time..
The electronic conductivity of your cocopeat is tested before drying method only to make sure it meets your requirement of E.C.Level and the e.c of your cocopeat reduces by watering not drying .... drying is one of the steps taken before making your cocopeat into blocks
1) I want to make it at home, is this necessary to keep it in water for few months, cant we extract it from fresh coconut husk (which we can obtain from temples nearby)? 2) Is pure coco peat contains all necesaary proteins and minerals like calcium, magnesium or does it need extra manure or liquid calcium for home green plants. 3) Could we pour some Coco Peat on top of existing Soil Plants, any positive or negative effects.
No it is very difficult to extract at home. It requires the wash to bring down PH value. You will have to add some amount of manure or compost. Yes you can add Cocopet to existing plants and it helps in retaining moisture
Nice video... I request you sir ..to Please give face mask to the labour working in synthesis of coco peat... There are risk of many respiratory disease to this labour working

Sir please answer my question. Why do you soak the coco husk in the lagoon for 6 months? what is the purpose of doing it?
What is the life of cocopeat.. ?
like on mixing it with soil..when to remix it again as it is an organic matter ..and will surely decompose with time..
after the process of drying the coco peat to reduce electronic conductivity, whether it will be used or set to compressor
