- Frankie P sits down with Sofia Carson to talk about why Cassie had her hair tucked in her jacket in 'Purple Hearts,' what Sofia might have stolen from the set, watching her "spicy" scenes with her mom next to her, why there were days she didn't want to be around her costar, and more! Plus she answers fan questions!
She said 5 hours they basically spent processing the scene? ..wow the fact that emotions can be so powerful. I think sofia and Nicholas are both highly empathic people that have so much chemistry and that caused a lot to poor out. Love it.

@@sachitagarwal8940 yes, he was in London shooting for RWRB but has wrapped up. He did a live IG with Sofia and was also able to answer some questions via zoom - I’m sure a time that would fit around his schedule could be discussed. His movie is booming and he’s a huge part of it, fans are rooting for him to get recognition for his amazing work, that’s not an insane request dude 😂

Not gonna lie, I cried a lot. And I loved her as Evie but this movie made me obsessed with her. I love her music, her voice, her talent. She's amazing.

I'm not the kind of guy to watch romance films so i feel you Frankiee , and still loved the movie watched it twice.
And for the song " I don't know " i could feel the emotion , i use to have goosebumps when i can feel the emotion behind the song and with this one i definitely had many 😄.

It’s because Nick was there as her eyeline. So she was doing her “method” acting here and actually singing to him. Every time she looks up and her eyes are fixed to a spot, that’s where he stood. They always joke about Nick being serenaded 🤣
I thought it was only the scene where she sang come back home ...when he was in Iraq 🇮🇶

I'm not normally into love movies. But I have seen purple heart 9 times over 5 days. And I watch it every time like it's the first time I see it. There's just something about the story that I can't get enough of. Maybe it's because I live in both worlds. I am sick myself and so I am for and against the military. Don't forget the music. It's really good.

I was waiting for someone to ask about the Jalapeno and thank god he did because I noticed that Cassie somehow had a different color of Jalapeno in her mouth. And I agree, Jalapenos from fast food are mild and tasted sour. Maybe it's just me. I've watched a lot of interviews and by far this is my favouritw. Great line of questions. 👌😍

Her vocals are off the chart! Hope she keeps being an actress but also a rock star with those pipes! I didn’t know that was actually her voice I thought they’d dubbed her. When I found out those were her vocals I was blown away! I’d love to see her and Luke together for real. The chemistry was off the chart even when you watch the off scene footage…l

I know that maybe they wrote these interviews to explore more about her side of it only BUT I was hoping they’d (or she’d) at least mention what it was like to finally meet in person, how it felt working together, what kind of actor he is, what she liked/disliked about their time together on set, how helpful he was in the process etc etc
@@juliannaceralde she always treads so carefully around those questions. She only sort of loosened up on their IG Live (when it’s just them two) but even then it was quite focused on the actual characters. Maybe they weren’t close on set because she was busy recording or being producer and like she said, she maintained a distance. But if she was so connected to Cassie that she disliked him, that should also mean there’s crazy sexual tension too 🤭
@@dira2009 they were literally so close on and off set also wdym have you’ve seen the bts stuff??. They r literally best friends there’s no way Sofia would of been like that much affectionate with Charles melton from riverdale that originally got the part but then nick got it

Purple Hearts. Sophia did an excellent job on this movie.
I still encore this movie. Sophia reminds me of Barbara Streisand. Not in looks or voice. In A Star is Born there were scenes where Streisand's dislike for Christopherson came through.

Purple Hearts is such a fantastic movie. The only negative thing I can say is… As a fan…. We definitely deserved an extra 20 minutes or 30 to see a proper ending instead of that fast fwd ending. I am super happy they ended that they ended up together…. I loved them together… I loved them together. I just wished we would have seen more of them together…. I just wanted to see more…. As such a fan of a movie- I needed more- A part 2 is definitely needed!!! Since we were not given an a proper ending….. I mean- what is he going to do for a career now? How is he going to make a living? He is not the type to sit on his ass…. What about the junkie??!! Babies ???! They would make amazing babies…. Need way more love scenes…. Seriously!!!!! Way more stories to be told… she could go into
a coma - have health issues when pregnant… etc !!!! Come on - part 2!!!!
