DISCLAIMER: I am not nor do I claim to be a turntablist DJ expert, I only know what I know. I hope this helps all my fellow DJs new and old gain some knowledge and learn how to scratch, whether on turntables or whatever equipment you use. JUST REMEMBER TO KEEP GOING.

How do you get to the scratch banks ? Or how do you load them into aerato ? When I press the sampler 2x nothing shows up... It's empty

I know how to scratch I'm just having a hard time deciding on the rev5, hercules t7 or rane one I know 2 of them have moving platters but I'm thinking about having it for the long haul and OVERALL PARTY AND GIG USE.

I'm curious, did you have to tighten the tension on the crossfader on theRane one. Or did you leave it loose like it came?
I leave it loose, I love the fader loose for scratching but honestly sometimes I accedntally hit it and you hear both songs LOL it happens

oh yeah innofader is definitely where its at, the stock fader is cool though. I just don't got time to practice cuts like that anymore. #washeddadlife LOL

Were there any settings you changed in Serato and/or on the controller?
hell yeah I take off the hot keys because if you forget and aren't looking and not actually typing in the search bar on serato and you hit hot key you will play the song in reverse LOL

I have been learning how to scratch lately on a Rev 1 and It has been alot of fun but i still feel like the platters are too small. Would getting a rane one as a beginner be overkill?
