Beautiful hands , lucid explanation
Thanks a lot 😊
Love the way its taught....thank you. Could u suggest on how to store these garnish items and what the proportion of chocolate used.
You can store these in an airtight container at room temperature 😊. It's really hard to estimate the proportion of chocolate, just melt a bit that will fit in your piping bag 😊

Awesome video! I was wondering which budget friendly chocolate brands are best used for tempering and where are they more easily available for purchase? If you could make a video on this it would be fantastic. Thank you!
I find anything at the supermarket with a high cocoa content works ok! Here in New Zealand I often use Whittaker's 70%
@@EasyPeasyKitchen thank you ☺️
I have just discovered your channel and I love it. Can I ask...do you need to temper the chocolate for these decorations? I'd love to try these decorations for my husband's birthday
Welcome ☺️.
If you use compound chocolate you don't have to temper it, but if you're using chocolate with a high cocoa percentage or coverture chocolate then you do need to temper it.
Thank you for sharing. So you don't have to temper the chocolate so it won't melt? Mine melted. What's the secret there?
Long do you let the chocolate sit for to harden?
It shouldn't take long, but it depends on the room temperature where you are. I would leave mine for about 5 or 10 minutes. Or put it in the fridge and it'll take 2 or 3 minutes. The chocolate will look different when it has set 😊
What type of chocolate did you use?
Is this compound chocolate you used? Ty 😊
Yes it is ☺️
I want to know something. After you pipe it on the parchment paper with all the designs you put it in the fridge????
We don't need to here in NZ, but if you're in a warm climate it might be helpful ☺️
Yes! Just incase you want to use it for another day.. it makes it more stronger
How long do you put it in the fridge of freezer
Just until it's set (5mins or so). Sometimes it's so cold here I don't even need to asit sets hard very quickly at room temperature.
Chocplate cigars thanks
❤
They're stunning, aren't they 😊
🤝👏👏👏👏😍
Which paper did you use
There are some other brands too, wax paper or greaseproof paper, but my preference is baking paper.
Alternatively you can use acetate paper too.
Can i leave it like that until its hard by itself without using fridge
No
Yes of course 😊
Is this sweetened or un sweetened chocolate??
This one is sweetened.
And what is the name of that paper
I use what we call baking paper in New Zealand. You can use the white coloured one or the unbleached brown one.
May I know which chocolate did U use.. name of the chocolate pls.. my chocolate decoratings soon melts why?
Thank you.
Your chocolate is probably melting because you're using one with a high cocoa percentage. It will work if you temper the chocolate.
I used Pam's chocolate chips, a cheap compound chocolate.
This is absolutely brilliant, Taryn! Bravo! ٩(^◡^)۶
Thank you ☺️
@@EasyPeasyKitchen My pleasure! =)
