Make sure your device already connected to the modem/router internet. You can try transfer to another port. Make sure your already checklist dhcp option on network settings. And make sure already enable cloud HilookVision or platform access

You can login with your account, if you forgot Password, just click on forgot Password, then follow the step

Why is it everytime i am connected to the same wifi where my cctv is installed, cameras are working. I can watch my cctv. If i am connected outside, or other wifi, it is showing device offline??
I think you need by Local lan, not add by serial number

First, make sure your device status already online in platform access. Then you need add to the app by scan QR code or add by serial number. But, when you add, make sure you are not connect wifi.

Make sure the device not bound with another account. For register new account just click on register button on the app

There is no default password, password was created when first time activation
