Great effort, Ty. Seems like you learned a lot during that race that you can use going forward! BTW those fire trails come from a pair of socks I think you get in your garage at level 50. They light up when you sprint. Looks kind of cool, but it also does alert your opponents that someone has started sprinting, so they’re kind of a double-edged sword. But they do look cool!

Nice brotha! Cat C is tough man, I feel you there. I did my first race today in Cat C (I'm still a D) on this same course (6:10am 04/30/24) and man is it different from Cat D. I was holding strong with front group, fell off and got back on. Then that final punchy climb came (again) and as you said "they came storming passing me" lololol. I learned that climbing will be the difference for me in Cat C until I improve it. Good stuff man, I enjoy your videos and keep at it. I finished 32/73......23rd on Zwift Power. I'm happy with top 50% finish. Ride on brotha!

When rider go up category it allso mean that tempo go higher. When that happens tempostamina go up. If that is all rider do it make better cyclist on tempo and less sprinter. If you use all your stamina to get in the last kilometre there is no +1000W left😢. Doing HIIT/z2 may solve that issue.😊

Will do more HIIT workouts. Also increasing my rowing workouts. And trying to do longer rides.
