Try to understand chronology of cost center and Division or Branch Or Department. Eg: Construction Division , Rental Or Leasing Division and Maintenance division. Now process salary of said three divisions and Cost center wise. In construction there are many projects, so here salary should be process according to project and same time over all salary of Division and Company.
