I have so much Nostalgia for when this came out, I came for the cool animation and stayed for what went on to become my favorite band for the next decade. This video genuinely is the reason my music tastes is what it is today 12 years later.

2:35 isn't the cactus from Digimon, it's a cactuar from Final Fantasy.
1:06 has a hadouken. At 1:37, there's a triforce on the wall behind the MGS box. And in the very next scene, there's a reference to The Kiffness (another musician/band) on the wall to the right. 2:04 has an All Your Base reference on the wall. The attack at 2:05 is reminiscent of one of E. Honda's attacks from Street Fighter. The decapitation at 2:08 is from Mortal Kombat. 2:12 has Max from Sam and Max on a poster. 2:13 is Kenny G (smooth jazz artist.) 2:22 is a reference to the trope Ludicrous Gibs, which is over-the-top gore splatter. During the voxel-animated explosion sequence, there's also a stormtrooper helmet and a person floating around in the background who I can't for the life of me remember.
You also missed the literal easter egg at 0:58, which flashes on screen for only a single frame.
