I'm using this generator with the gas carburetor, when the gas level in the cylinder is low, and I turn on my AC, the generator will be vibrating and current fluctuating. But when my gas is new filled cos I used a 5kg cylinder, it powers it. Also, when the generator has is about to finish and the generator is jerking, the current fluctuates too.

Well done sir! This is really an informative video. I have this Suzuki SE3000 generator which stopped producing power while in use. All test have been carried out and everything tested okay, the field has been flashed yet no power output. When I did avr to diode and capacitor conversion or raise the engine speed, it produces between 60v to 70v with a serious vibration on the engine. what could be the problem?

I have a question though not really related to this power failure it about replacing piston, rings, connecting rod and valves on my generator SPG3500E series
Each time it starts smoking and consuming engine oil, I always wish to change the piston, rings and valves by myself buh I find it difficult to do that cos I don't have the idea of purchasing new parts. Please sir what information or guides do I need to know first so I can get the right piston, rings and valves for my generator... ???????
Cos I don't have this idea of purchasing right parts, it deprive me from repairing people's generator whenever they need my service 😔😔
