Look around on the Internet. A lot of salons, spas, etc. are in out of the way minimalls and shopping centers, and they often advertise in weird ways that are targeted toward older retired people, brides, etc.
All that said, eating right, drinking water, and sleeping well can do a lot for beauty, and there are a lot of ways to be kind to one's hair.

I mean this in the best way, but find an Asian masseuse. I went to a Caucasian spot and the lady spend 20 minute digging into my armpit so hard because “it relaxes the arm” all it did was make my armpits sore and bruised for days. I spent $96 on that. I felt more sore and not relaxed afterward. Asian lady I usually go to gets into my neck and shoulders like no other. I will never cheat on her again.

Hi there! It's quite same in real session! There is always a consultation part around 5-10mins talking about benefits, steps, style, which part you want them to focus more, whether you have concern and injuries, allergies and those kind of necessary things depending on what you're getting.

You hair really compliments the dress that you're wearing eventually, she really knows what she's doing, so simple and easy, yet it fits well with your outfit. Really lovely watching this. I have a lot of hair and hairdressers told me because of my age and the amount of hair I have, they will charge about $600-$800 because my hair is long too, but because I'm under 18, they charge about $300. A kind lady in my area, washes, blow dries and flat irons my hair for $100 and she did it way better than someone else who did it for $500 and it wasn't even done properly. I don't style my hair that much, not at all honestly, I just put it in a bun and I'm off with my day, but I like this kind of style if I happen to cut my hair your length one day 😩👏🏻
