Really? Because in Arizona, if you play for stars, they take goalkeeping practice pretty serious and it’s awesome. I’ve recently moved back to Australia tho and I just made the team as starter keeper. So the us definitely helped me
The matches should be for fun, but the training should be for education. However, the more education you receive, the more fun you'll have in the matches :)
The two last drills, to teach the progression to a top hand save, are excellent.

I've done these drills with my U10 boys for the past week and they love them. They're also getting loads better and moving into the ball.
