Mount Yasur (with shockwave eruption)

In May 2012 we went to Vanuatu. Our goal was Aneityum because of our jewel Akaija. But being so close we also visited Mount Yasur on Tanna, an always active volcano. Impressive experience. It's being in close contact with Mother Earth. But don't be fooled: it's a dangerous place!!
Somewhere halfway you'll see a big explosion, and the shockwave is visible. It hit us hard in the stomach. Wow!
There aren't many tourists here, it a long drive. Unless you're Jacky Chan, he was here one week before, for his new movie.

its a boom followed by the roar of the venting pressure is what makes volcanoes so awesome watch. when its venting in small bursts its like the mountain is saying... ill huff and ill puff and ill blow your ass off the face of the mountain
