Sometimes even the owners or their family members travel by train or metro. Especially if they are in a hurry and want to avoid traffic. Also wealth is not always permanent. Sometimes people are really rich when they are buying the house, but over the years and decades they become much more simple, in such cases having good public transport really helps.

Most of them are Industrialist or Tier 13 manager's of big Corporates. They are humble and nice people. These societies must be 30 - 50 years old and most people that stay here are 1 - 2 generations who pass down their wealth
