- Situated just 20 miles southwest of the main island of Okinawa are a beautiful cluster of islands known as the Keramas. The largest of the islands is known as Tokashiki Island. We spent three days exploring Tokashiki. From Aharen Beach to Tokashiku Beach, we loved our short stay discovering the beauty of Tokashiki Island.
This is a beautiful island. My last visit was back in ‘89.
Great job, beautiful video.
Looks incredible!
maybe 5years ago, i went there. this place is so nice, beautiful
I loved this. The cabin you rented was gorgeous, what a lovely place to cook, read, relax and enjoy yourselves. Thanks for this sweet, informative upload. I can't wait to visit, now that international travel is about to open to Japan.
My old hangout 50 years ago...not much here then..very,very quiet
Just on ferry waiting to set off to island 😊 Thanks Lance.
Wow you were super close to a trigger fish. Stay distant from those. They could be very aggressive and often attack
first came here in 1962...wasn't much then..last there in 1971❤
Me and my military buddies had the same cabins and had absolutely crazy nights there 😂
Which island you recommend visiting? I want just paradise beaches
Hi, What’s the cabin name? Thanks son much and probably there will not be reply from you. 😅
Is there a town with restaurants and food markets? Is a car required? Are beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent?
I went to the exactly same two beaches there in 2015. As far as I remember, there is no town, just one peer, several restaurants to eat and few places to stay. And I didn’t see any car rental there. On the peer, there is one bus sending travelers to different beaches. Near the beach, you can rent beach chairs, umbrellas, life vests, and other snorkeling tools. Remember bring your beach towel and your own stuff.
