- The 6.4 mile walk starts and ends at the car park at Foremark Reservoir and takes us through some the beautiful countryside in the southern side of Derbyshire. We come across some very interesting caves which are historically believed to be a place of worship.

Cheers you two bundles of joy 😊
Beautiful area👍🏼
Those caves are cool 😎👌
I really enjoyed coming on this group walk as I rarely go walking in South Derbyshire. It was great to visit Anchor Church as this was my first time there too. I reckon Rachel did pretty good on that tyre swing for a first go! 😂 Great video as always 👍
It was a brilliant day. We always look forward to meeting up and going walking 😊
Beautiful video. Salute! 👍👍👍👍👍
Helloooo Lou and Lol! 👍😊 Really enjoyed seeing you guys venturing into the caves and exploring the church 👍 didn't know the river Trent ran so close to Derbyshire!! Thanks for the facts and info guys!! Looked like a beautiful walk and again the weather looked perfect! 👍 Xx
Cheers guys. There's always something to explore in Derbyshire, that's why we love it so much. Yea the River Trent is very close to the caves so it was nice to see it from a different angle. Looking forward to seeing you next month 😊
great scenery! Thank you for sharing with us👍
Really enjoyed 'joining' you on this walk. I haven't done it before and it looks lovely. Thanks for sharing your adventure. Take care xx🤗💚
Thank you Shirley, we hope you can join us one time for a walk 😊
Amazing I would never have thought it, I always imagine Derbyshire as being from Derby and upto the Peak District xx
Yes that's about right but the Derbyshire Dales are more quiet and and flatter in parts x
Nice video, looking forward to the next one, such nice places to explore. C.
Cheers Chris, hope you're well x
Awww love it. This was such an amazing day! I haven't vlogged the Anchor Cave Church, surprisingly. I'm so pleased you both made a video on this. It is a special place. Despite the rain, we had a good day out. My tyre swing skills need some serious work lol! How embarrassing! Ha!
Nice little wall wasn't it? Very interesting history about the caves and had a nice feel to them. Thanks again for showing us around 😊
This looked so cool! We love a cave! Thanks for bringing us along!
Thanks guys, it amazing what you come across isn't it.
@@LouandLolsTravels I couldn’t agree more!
Nice video, I must admit I find Anchor Church a little eerie!
There's definitely a feel to it, must be residual energy or something x
great video will have to check this out my self
Thanks Luke 😊
Hi Lou and Lol! hope you are well! Discovered your channel via watching you on one of Patricks vids! Take care and keep walking 🙏
Hi there, welcome to our channel. Hope you enjoy our current content and future videos 😊
What a fascinating and awesome place that is 👍 it’s an amazing looking cave. Why to people deface great things like this, I don’t think graffiti has a place anywhere. Great video and just subscribed.
Hi guys that's for the sub and glad you enjoyed the video. Yea people always have to ruin a good thing and it's annoying. There was also signs of someone starting a fire in there and they left all the ash in one big pile. Thanks for watching 😊
@@LouandLolsTravels and fires are not good either 👎🏻
We do love a good cave! Looks absolutely incredible. Very impressive that it was used for human dwelling! Shame about all the graffiti
Cheers guys. Yea it ruins it when people can't leave it alone, still a great little cave though 😊
