i like how transparent and realistic when ameera talk about body shaming/ positivity. she put a great example of it. she started going to the gym to lose weight, but now she's going to the gym to KEEP it and not to lose it 🥺

Perhaps it’s because LMK is so soft spoken and also the age gap, so Amelia tried her best to be more cautious with her choice of words. In my opinion la. Nonetheless, they both did great & I enjoyed this episode so much🥰

Little miss khan i really respect u and ur family for being a really positive n openminded person..but there is no term as i will do it when im ready in doing what islam teach u to do..like solat..in my experience i have to force myself to solat even i feel i dont want to bcuz that shows ur struggle to make yourself ready n in love with it..but i know sometime you will realize this but as a fellow muslim i just want to share my own thoughts about that
