A lot of Postal, UPS, and Fed Ex drivers do this. They are always polite and ask first if the pup can have a treat. It brightens their day to get some puppy love and a chat. My pup loves the attention, (and the treats), and the mailman is one of her favorite people. 😂
I deliver parcels for a living. On a cold, wet, windy, miserable day, visiting one of my customers houses and getting some unconditional affection from one of their dogs honestly does give me a well deserved boost.
We've had good and a few not so good experiences with Fed-ex, but the UPS drivers have always been 1st class. Please keep up the good work. There's little time to chat, but we appreciate good and conscientious workers.

Found him on his knees in our driveway giving our dog a treat and playing with her, crying. I asked what was wrong? He said, “just a little emotional today. Lost my dog yesterday” I cried too. Even delivery drivers have hearts. Be kind, you never know what someone is going through😊

I used to have the world's greatest UPS driver. I called UPS and told them "I don't know if there is a Men in Brown Hall of Fame, but I have a driver that would be a good place to start". It looks like they have another nominee in Brenham.
You helped me remember, after so many years... When I was a child and young man growing up in Oregon, my father ran a business from his home where daily UPS pick ups and deliveries were common in our home. The UPS driver back then, Ben, became a family friend over the years. So much so that he became a part of our family and helped us go through a very tragic and difficult time in our family. Another sure shoe-in for the UPS Hall of Fame and the Kingdom. Always reliable and willing to go "the extra mile." Go Brown! Thanks for sharing. God bless you always.

My local UPS driver always looked forward to our yellow lab. She loved that man. Danny always gave her a treat and she looked forward to the sound of his truck coming. Of course we always let her out to greet him. Danny passed away about 6 years ago a year after he retired. Bella passed away a couple of years after he did. I hope they met in heaven and had a wonderful reunion ❤. We remember you Danny!
I live in Florida. We try to keep a cooler in the garage on days we know we’re expecting a package so they can help themselves to some water. We have crystal light packs or Gatorade powder they can add to it. We take care of them and they take care of our dog when we had one. God Bless🦋
Dog lovers unite!! I have three of the English Goldens, they're such beautiful and gentle doggos. I love how Solomon chases the horses around, he probably wants to just rub noses with them.

Between several homes and businesses, I've dealt with a number of UPS drivers and every one of them has been a totally class act. I sometimes wonder if UPS gives driver applicants a test in regard to how they deal with people. Thanks, UPS drivers!!!

my dog used to go beserk over the USPS, UPS , FedEx , and Police in or out of their vehicles. He would even go beserk over the UPS while out on our walk. And then i found a mail person who loved dogs, and i held him tight, and reassured him while the mail deliver guy came over and said hi in a high pitched happy voice, and gave him a treat. after a month or so he no longer paid attention to them, and was happy to see our mail delivery woman every time...!
As a retired UPSer, I appreciate these drivers. As a native Texan, I would caution people running into these fields during blooming season. Copperheads love to hang out in the blooms.
Right before seeing this video, a ups driver left my son a package. My two dogs barked at him and one followed him to his van. As he was leaving, I saw him throw a treat to her. Nice man.
One of my coworkers used to carry bags of treats for the dogs on his route. Once, he was out sick so I had to work his route. There were about a dozen dogs following me the entire time.
Anybody who is kind to animals is a friend of mine.
