Jackson really needs help from the attacking players. Most of the time he feels isolated, and doing things by himself. He shows a lot of quality, but noone around him helps him. It's very frustrating to watch.

Chelsea fans who were already treating Caicedo like Kante definetely feel embarrassed about this one. Both us and the opposing fans shitting on us rn should be aware that we are only at the beginning stages of this project. We only recently got Caicedo and he hasn't played in 60 days, we should've known he was gonna be very rusty. We've also historically struggled against West Ham for some god forsaken reason, and combined with that formation/lineup Poch chose, we were doomed to lose this match. You don't spend 1 billion on a bunch of unproven young players expecting to get immediate results, so expect more results like this one, at least for a while. Keep your heads up Chels, the end goal has not failed yet and there is still hope.

Really disappointed with today's loss. We can all rant about how we need additional attacking players but what we need to ask ourselves is, are we getting the best out of the players we currently have. If not, why not?
1. Our intesity with the ball is too low or lacking at all. This makes our play predictable and allows opposition to get in shape ready to fend off our attacks.
2. Moving the ball around fast has advantages, you are able to get into dangerous areas and can actually force the opposition defenders into errors. That is why Man City and Pep insists on moving the ball around.
3. We don't seem to have any plan on getting past oppositions defence lines. How do we even score goals if we cant get past defensive lines?
4. We need to attack the opposition box with as many players as possible when we have the ball. As precise as that.
5. When attacking from the flanks, we must decide when to attack the front post, cut back or back posts depending on the oppositio n defenders. That is something that must be trained in training not on the pitch.
6. The sooner we get a starting 11 the better. We cannot do trial and error throughout the season.
7. We need a sure penalty taker. ❤

The only way he works for you is in a 3-2-1-4 or 3-1-4-2 as a spare luxury midfielder who picks up pockets off the ball and is tasked solely with executing quality balls in the final third and not in build up. In that case you're limiting Trent from going forward which weakens you.

We need to sort out who takes a good penalty. Lampard barely misses a penalty because he always has the right technique to it. Targets where he places his shot. Shoots with thunderous power with good direction and height on the ball
With this technique, even if the keeper guesses correctly, it will still likely enter the net, because of the power that was behind the kick.
You don’t romance a penalty, otherwise you stand a 100% chance of missing it IF the keeper guesses the right way.
Gallagher or Chilwell could have done a better job than Enzo.

He could be good or be another timo Werner…We’ll see. They need a prolific/recognized striker and creative midfielder. Enzo, caceido, lavia are not creative combo.
