Green Teaching at the Blue School

Maximiliána Hella in Štiavnické Bane, Slovakia is a truly unique school. Students start riding horses at a very young age and fly falcons as soon as they are strong enough to hold the birds. The EEA and Norway Grants, helped turn this school into a Blue School where #EEAchdropcounts. Through the grant, the school installed a rainwater collection system and updated its lesson plans to focus more on the environment and climate change education.
