This is not how it goes. There is no option to receive a code in the email. It asks me to guess my old password again and again. So frustrating.

That does not work, you need to update this, it either ask to use a different email or use a different device to login with, now if you have never logged on another device it does not give you anymore options.

For me, I don’t have access to the phone number or email no more and I forgot the password but still logged in to facebook

So, I forgot my password and when I click on the "Forgot Password?" link, I enter my mobile number which I submitted when I established my Facebook account. Entering my mobile number generates a message saying I'm temporarily blocked because I apparently was misusing the feature by going too fast. The temporary block never seems to end. Has anyone run up on this and, if so, do you know what to do about it? TIA!
