OMG, that was incredible!!! Do you think you could do Maglor sometime too??? I feel like his story captures the general tragedy of The Silmarillion very well. He has/had that element of the beauty of Valinor as well as the enduring spirit of the Noldor until the very end.

True, but perhaps the lure of the Silmarils is emphasized by the fact they could cause even the Eldar to do such things...
"Over some jewellery"? The Silmarils were the greatest works of the greatest one of the Elves, Feanor. They swore an oath to retrieve them from Morgoth, who had murdered their king/father/grandfather when he stole them, and from anybody else as well, and if not they would be cast into the Void forever. That's not just "over some jewellery".
Beautiful but the ears are just D&D style, not Tolkien's...
