- Today I'm reviewing a series of gameplay mods that make my sims 4 gameplay video recording experience more enjoyable. I will probably do more mod review videos in the future, so if you have suggestions please leave them in the comments!

I really love your content cant wait for your next lp's episode ! 🤍Also to disable sims from other towns to come into your town, there's a mod called the home region mod by Kuttoe (i never used it but I've seen it in other mods review) for now i use Lothariho's spawn mod but it doesnt always work. I've heard that the home region mod works well. Im gonna download it eventually but maybe see if thats a possible for you? Instead of making sims that arent supposed to be here to leave.
I concur! I have the home regions mod and it works really really well. I’m mostly playing in San Myshuno right now and I never, ever see any townies from other worlds (kinda freaky lol) but the mod works perfectly!

I tried that mod about a year ago and all of my worlds felt too empty. Also seemed like it wouldn't spawn sims to fill jobs. I'm positive it was user error. I mostly don't mind if a sim shows up somewhere they're not supposed to be, it's just when it's a family member of my sim that it gets a little annoying lol.
I use mccommand center to slow down time too the only problem is that all the holidays, and events will be off time and at random times for like 2 or 3 sim days before everything catches up and goes back to normal (longer if you slowed it to over 100ms) but its only when you do it in the middle of a save file which is what i did but it should be less weird if you do it at the start of a fresh save and also sims who are within days of aging will age up and i had to age certain age groups from the entire world back down with another mod (age up or down entire age groups in the world mod from mts website)
You're right. I haven't removed my MCCC settings in a long time so I haven't experienced this in a bit, but it can get a little wonky at first when you alter the time.

Since the last patch/update… sims4 is messed up. Yes… If a mod update was available, I updated it.
My UI is broken. Wrong icons. Garbled icons. That’s with the updated UI Extensions patreon account. Building is not fun!
Edit: I need to remove all mods and add them back in one by one. I know. Soooo painful. It’ll take a full day of WORK. 😂
I've heard things have been super rough since the last patch. It's really disappointing when that happens, especially considering the amount of money we sink into this game. If it helps, I always wait a few days to update after a patch so that I can make sure the game didn't randomly break.

I have a question is what value do you put on your time to slow it down
Hi! My game time speed is set to 37. The default is 25 and anything more than that slows it down. I've found that 37 is the perfect speed for me to get more done during the day without drawing it out too much.
