One time when I was a kid I heard my grandmother, who had 5 girls, say, "I'm so glad I had all girls I don't think I could have dealt with boys. My mother, who had 4 girls and 2 boys, replied, "I've got news for you, raising boys is much easier than raising girls". She said, "when the boys fight, 5 minutes later it's over and they are playing together. When the girls fight it goes on and on for days or even weeks and it drives me insane".
