This particle simulator used to be a standalone program a long time ago. Surprised to see it comes back but under a different name.

Know I’m late to ask but with a transparent background, could I make a 3D scene in Resolve/After effects and import the particles I have rendered? Would be an dope way to get 3D particles.

the stand alone is free and the plugin is paid
That's the biggest disadvantage of particle illusion standalone.
You cannot import footage.
Use hitfilm pro
He said you can export it to transparent but didnt explain how??????????????????
