Nice take on the app. I my self have had a lot of luck on anti static buzzer. That's a great fly to . I may give this a go . May need to get a few materials.

Very interesting and will try your variation on the Apps. Restarted fly tying after 30 years thanks to Alex Harvey and his CZcams, hope you both don't mind the mention. Apps was tied and immediate success, however using the H230BL hook have had two straighten in the last ten days, both 'big' fish. Spoke with Unique Flies yesterday and they suggested going to the stronger H250BL hook. Just a thought.
250 is short shanked and heavy, not the right hook pal, softer rod helps
