Spent the summer of 94 watching this one every week as Lion King, Speed, Forest Gump & True Lies hit the screens during my internship at Disney World. Good times!
From the mid-90’s through about 2011, I saw SO many movies at AMC theaters. I live in the Orlando area, and our AMC by Disney was always one of the most impressive in the world, boasting 24 theaters. Two with THX certification. I can remember going to see midnight premieres of the Star Wars prequels, and AMC had THX technicians inside just minutes before letting us in, with mics on tripods testing the acoustics of the theaters. Movies were so much more fun back then. But I remember these AMC intros, as well as all of the sound format intros for Dolby, DTS, and SDDS sound systems so vividly. I miss those. Maybe unnecessary, but they really got you amped up for what you were about to see. Now we just have endless ads for garbage, followed by mediocre movies. Ah, to go back.

Used to be the Pleasure Island 10. They upped the screen count to 24 (I think) and is now called Disney Springs
Plushblue EP I went to Anaheim Disneyland in about 2015 and there’s an AMC there.

I miss AMC'S anthropomorphic film strip guy already. Nowadays we see the red balls, and "AMC Amazing" is the new and current slogan for AMC.
I remember seeing this when I saw Batman Returns. That old school smell of popcorn.

RkivUnderground this film has some weird coating that made all the colors fade that's why it looks so dull
Jonathan Froes There's nothing a great digital color correction can't fix. Then I again I never color corrected a faded film print.
