Nothing really jumps out to me about his presidency, but I value them as human beings. It's good to see a couple together for so long and all the humanitarian work they've accomplished through the Carter center. That's more than what I have accomplished anyway. Hats off to them!

At 96, President Carter, and 93 Mrs. Carter still very much eloquent and involved in pretty much everything going on in the world. It's only now -ironicly- that he's getting the credit he so much deserves for the policies he pursued in his campaign and his administration. A real President and a real First Lady! Even though his time as president was before I was born. When jimmy carter does eventually pass on I will mourn his passing. unlike a privileged elite not elected or chosen by the people to be the head of a country. Jimmy Carter was chosen fairly by the people, and elected to do the job. Also jimmy carter did the best job he could do in a bad situation caused by factors beyond his control. Also he has shown himself to be a very caring decent individual.
