And I love the way they just used the drums and bass at the first half of the verses of barbie girl to highlight voices then put in the keyboards later, it just added so much contrast

She is clearly the talent, most of the songs are her singing like 85% of the time shes still amazing and has some damn crazy stamina for this performance. I hope to see them live someday iv enjoyed their music for 16 years now
Sir Edward S Nystrøm is a great singer and performer, no doubt there. But we must remember, that Rasted and Norreen wrote all the songs ;) Rasted & Norreen are 60%, Nystrøm is 30% and Dif is 10% ;)
I honestly only knew of them from The Barbie girl song until a few weeks ago. Then I saw on a WatchMojo video that the did the Cartoon Heroes song. A podcast I listened used that as the opening but I never knew who did it. Gotta say I'm impressed with this band...and I usually listen to thrash metal and blues. Kinda weird taste, I know.
I am not sure about it. Watch carefully her lips in Freaky Friday. She's singing "what the heck is going on?" while you hear "my life is a country song" and viceversa.
I didn't even know it was possible to sing and maintain a steady tone while flipping upside down. :O Lene must have been in amazing shape and in top vocal form. Wow. And at other times I feel like I'm at a metal concert (and that's a good thing). This is a whole new side of Aqua I didn't know existed. :D

Stumbled upon this and enjoyed the whole show. I was happy to see they did live concerts and sang most of the songs off the Aquarium album (which I have). Funny story, I bought this CD when Mattel threatened to sue them for "Barbie Girl". It became one of my favorite in my collection.
