Usually Enlightenment is described in binary terms - enlightened or unenlightened. In this talk, Diane "Musho" Hamilton explores Enlightenment from an evolutionary or developmental point of view as ever-expanding identification.
Featured on the pages of Wired UK (Feb. 2012 Cover Story) The Guardian, Tricycle, and LA Times, the Buddhist Geeks Conference is one of the only events on the planet where you can participate at the intersection of Buddhism, technology, and global culture.

This is one of the best talks I've heard on the workings of the ego.

That was very insightful and very helpful for the better understanding of perspective-taking as it pertains to the development and evolution of the "individual" self. Thank you for sharing your wisdom, Diane. I appreciate the talk.

Think you'll find views are like deluded stencils that the actual don't want to get wrapped inside as people often are trying to get a bumpy rise.

I've never heard of a Buddhist who identifies with ego since ego, as everything else in this world is impermanent... Ego is not part of your true self

Sitting like a stone is enlightenment for stones. An enlightened human being should be sufficiently wise to see that he can do whatever he feels it needs to be done. Being "afraid" to step outside some tradition or practice is for anyone BUT an enlightened being.
