- Love triangle is always interesting to watch, even though sometimes you already know who will end up together in the end. Hallmark's 2020 Winterfest movie, Love in Winterland brings us Ally (played by Italia Ricci), Brett (played by Chad Michael Murray) and Tanner (played by Jack Turner), a Hallmark style love triangle. Ally and Brett were high school sweethearts, they have history like no other, while Tanner is like the bachelor on The Bachelor. Ally has signed up to participate on this TV show to see if there is any spark between Tanner and herself. You probably already know at this point who Ally finally decides to be with in the end.
But what's great about this movie is the chemistry between Ally and Brett, the teasing and bickering. It is seeing Ally come home from L.A, the big city and realize how much she has been missing and how much she really loves this small town. Home is where the heart is, no matter how far you are away or how long you have been gone and that is where she finds her true love.

Honestly, a much better preview trailer than those 30 sec nothings Hallmark usually tosses out..

This story in the movie is so similar as Peyton and Lucas story from the show OTH (that show Chad Michael Murray was in) in so many ways i can see the similarities from the show to this movie!!!!!!!

lol prego women gotta eat too haha I haven't see the film yet to understand how the Director worked in the angles to at least hide the pregnancy. I learned that an actress who played a mom was prego the first season and since the writers didn't want to add in the pregnancy, she wore jackets and had handbags to hide her pregnancy.
