Ingredients:
FLOUR MIXTURE
150G Rice flour
1 bowl of water
½ tsp salt
½ ts pepper
1 tbsp shallot oil
60g Dried prawn, chopped
1 stem Chinese Sausage
250g Pumpkin, shredded
6 Dried mushrooms, diced
250g Raddish, shredded
½ Tbsp. Sugar
½ Tbsp Soya Sauce
1 Bowl water
5 Tbsp Shallot oil
