My cousin comes in top 1% from last two and a half year , but still is scared to buy/invest in flat in bangalore due to huge EMI's and always tells to relocate foreign whenever he will get the chance. Even top 1% is gareeb in teir 1 city.

Very interesting and informative video, just a little correction tax is paid by everyone poor or rich when they buy something by paying GST(Good & Service Tax), GST is applied on everything even on small things example chocolate, matchsticks. But income tax is paid by those people only who come in income tax slab.
