There's no pleking way I'd let a pleking robot to touch my guitar PERIOD. Nothing can replace the hands of a Master Luthier, and their intuition when working on your guitar.
Portmac guitars does a plek job for no additional fee whenever you buy a guitar (or at least last time I bought a guitar from them in 2020). Bought a Fender Starcaster (the reissue from 10 or so years ago) from PortMac Guitars and the setup was amazing. Do you repaint guitars as a service?
It takes an expert to do that job even with the robot, so I'm not sure how much of a threat it is to anyone's job. Maybe it saves time (I don't know), but maybe it also creates more demand if people know the results should be consistently good.
I don't think many people understand just how boring fret levelling (or any fret work for that matter) really is. Maybe doing it once or twice in your life might be fun in a weird way but if I could afford a plek I'd get one in a second, it's just another tool in my books.
Your new frames have a lens for your third eye, scary to think you're more smart and dialed in than you were before. You still have trouble with the 3 mins though, maybe AI could help you there?
The unfeeling robot segue to PLEK was elite.
No problem here Comrade!
Love your other channel, Gross Oversimplifications: Guillotine Maintenance. Subscibed

When PLEK comes to rule this planet your name will be on the protective rolls and you will come to no harm you. 🤖
I for one welcome our new lefty robot overlords
Unfortunately someone saying they care about other people, in a meaningful way, came as a shock.

Oh, I'm only here for the leftist content.
