That is the reason why I choose to open my company in Singapore and Vietnam rather than India. Indian government wish startups to fail in compliance so that they can charge penalties.

Rule 4(2) of the Companies (Audit and Auditors) Rules, 2014 (Notified on 31.03.2014) has been stated about the filling of Form ADT-1 in the appointment of auditors of the company in section 139(1) of CA, 2013. Section 139(6) or 139(7) is not mentioned in Rule 4(2) the Companies (Audit and Auditors) Rules, 2014 intentionally.
Therefore, Form ADT-1 may not be submitted before ROC in time of appointment of First Auditor of Company under section 139(6) or 139(7) of CA, 2013.

Sir, 2 saal pehle maine apna business start kiya tha ham services related leads provide karte hai alag alag cities me like urban clap.
Business me ham 2 partners hai. Hamara annual turnover only 6 to 7 lakh tak hi pahunchta. Mai business ko grow karna chahta hu. Hamne apne business ko registered abhi tak nahi karaya hai. Is business me risk bhi hai. Aise me mujhe apne aap ko safe bhi rakhna ho. To mujhe kon sa way business registeration ke liye choose karna chahiye. Apke according mere liye kya theek rahega?
Mera questions hai. Agar mai kisi ko ro service ki leads provide karta hu. Aur technician koi bahut badi problem create kar deta hai. Aise me mai apne aap ko legally kaise safe rakh sakta hu. Uska kya process hai?
Aur mujhe apne business ko registered karana bhi chahiye ya nahi . Aur agar registered karata bhi hu to kon sa registration mere business ke liye theek hai. Aage mai business ko grow karne ke liye loan lene ki bhi soch raha hu. Is business ka level bahut chhota hai kya is stage me mai Pvt Ltd company registered kara sakta hu. Aur kya aisa karna mere liye sahi bhi hoga ya nahi.

sir, due to several reasons, covid 19 and followed financial crunch to name a few, we have not filled mandatory forms to MCA, for the past 3 years,ours is the MSME registered Private Limited company is there any way to set things alright.we cannot afford huge penalties, kindly guide us . thank you.

Wake up! this is a business, not a joke! One should be serious about his business, you should thank him for providing knowledge for free. Also, the reason for his videos to make you aware of what all the compliance one can face, if you find a hassle then the best solution for you is to appoint Chartered Accountant to take care of your documents and pay them for their expertise. Is simple as that! **** be cautious with Chartered Accountant too because many may have not clue what they are doing****

I think bina kisi warning itna charge karna Julm karne ke barabar hai kai baar logo ko pata hi nahi hota ki usko kya kya karna hai.
Aise me itna fine lena julm hai mai bhi company registration karne wala hu but mujhe maloom nahi tha Agar apka ye video nahi dekhta to mai barabaad ho jaata.
