If Konami says that outside activities can exclude you from events why is a known domestic abuser allowed to play and why is an error deck list aloud to play with less cards then actively listed. I know for a fact if this was a regional that wouldn’t slide one bit with the judges in my region so why at a YCS???

It's literally in the policy that profanity isn't allowed. They're just acting on it. Also it is in policy that if you can't find a card written on your list you have to play w/o it, and if that takes you under 40 you have to add cards from side deck.

Is Hani a good player? Yes. However the way he handled himself in this finals match was atrocious. There is absolutely no reason for him to be talking to Pak the way he is. Its massively disrespectful and underserved.
Also for all those going in on Sam, things happen. I imagine he has felt immense guilt about the whole situation and the rules exist for a reason. If they aren't enforced, why even have them? Don't assume Pak/anyone on his team is angry with him unless they have stated it, it's not fair on any party to do so and you do not know these people irl.

Many players who have been on feature matches have said that the judges warn you A LOT of times to watch your language. And Konami being ridiculous about this stuff is widely known, you'd have to be stupid to be caught doing that. I don't agree with that type of judgment but we all have to abide the rules.

@AngryAyrab regardless of how you feel about the word. He was issued a Warning for language. Then proceeded to violate again. Putting himself at a 0-1 deficit in the finals match. It was a bonehead move. His opponent only had to win one game to win the match.
While I admit Pak shouldn’t have sweared, Hani’s team should’ve never have made it that far with a Domestic Abuser (Chris LeBlanc) on their team and should’ve been banned from entering.
