Oh my goodness, I feel your struggle! I worked as a dog bather for a year and by far my most time consuming client was a HUGE (but very sweet) malamute. He took 3 hours to bathe and coaxing him in the bath was always a long battle! I have one tip that might be useful to you for shampooing based on the video; at work we had large bottles that we put a few pumps of shampoo in then filled the rest with water and shook up. It was really helpful for getting a nice lather going without having to use too much shampoo.

One trick to bathing pets is to put a towel on the bottom of the tub. This helps them feel more secure on the slippery surface & they’ll be more willing. Dog & cat body temp is higher than ours, so water WE feel comfortable bathing in feels cold to them. You should therefore use water that feels slightly warmer than water YOU would bathe in.
