This is A. Arnaiz Ave (Pasay Road) Railroad Crossing in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines.
It is a single lane Railroad Crossing which links to a nearby skyway.
It has two signals, one with lights (which actually work but they flash fast and they look like they're kinda dying too), a strobe light and alarm on top, and another one with a train warning sign with a strobe light and alarm on top.
It has two gates also, one for the main road and for the pedestrian pathway on the right side of the crossing.
Shoutout to / @bolinaotex for being the signal operator for this crossing. It was very nice to meet him in person by surprise when I was taking photos around the crossing. He's got quite a few videos from this area so be sure to check them out!
