What if a solar module is being imported to US to a developer..which one is better ITC or PTC as modules are imported and domestic content requirement is now less?

If the domestic content isn't in play that would make the PTC more appealing for investor owned systems.

In this video, you mentioned the ITC could be rolled back 3 years or rolled forward up to 22 years. Is there a source for this? Is this a new part of the ITC? I would love to learn more since I've always heard the federal tax credit could only roll forward up to 5 years.
Love what yall are doing with your channel, btw. Keep up the good work.

Vincent, thanks for the feedback and for watching! We appreciate it. Let us know if there are any topics you would like us to cover in a future video.
The roll back and forward lengths changed with the passing of the Inflation Reduction Act. We are still waiting for the IRS to release their full list of guidance, but here's a video that shares what we know to date about the new ITC -> czcams.com/video/pXlKZawjCRg/video.html

Very confusing, jumping back and forth. You should explain one and then the other.
