I feel WM 22 would've been a perfect show if they cut out the stupid pillow fight and the Booker/Sharmell vs Boogeyman match and added the time to the WHC match. And maybe give us Angle vs UT at WM 22 instead of No Way Out. Plus if HBK/Eddie happened...🤑

Since you ranked WrestleMania events from worst to best, you should make the list of the best WrestleMania matches you EVER saw, and what you thought were the worst WrestleMania matches ever.

Personally, I think the best time to be a wrestling fan was the Attitude Era, all the way through to Wrestlemania 24. Not to mention the great streak of Wrestlemanias to be had at the tail-end of the attitude era: 17-24. Though I do have an issue with Wrestlemania XX being underwhelming, with too many matches, and only 3 good ones (Y2J vs. Christian, Eddie vs. Angle, and the Triple Threat Championship Match); but the solid matches made up for the lackluster ones. Catching WWE/WWF from the tail-end of the Attitude Era, and experiencing the Ruthless Aggression Era, which I firmly believe has the best overall quality of matches in the WWF (and the characters to go with them). What ruthless aggression lacks in storytelling, characters, and edgy atmosphere that the attitude era had, it made up for in match quality.
I pretty much stopped watching WWE wrestling somewhere between 2008-2009, when ruthless aggression ended. For a number of reasons, one being I didn't like how WWE handled the Benoit controversy. I hated Cena the more he was pushed into the spotlight (and as far as I can tell, he didn't become a decent wrestler until 2011; he was pushed too soon), and buried talent harder than HHH ever did. The whole business went soft with their PG stance (which I firmly believe brought down the potential that hell in a cell match between Taker and HHH had, among other things). The new wrestlers coming in to take place of those who carried the attitude and ruthless aggression eras weren't generally as good when it came to being an overall great wrestler (skills + charisma + character name and persona). And there was a general lack of caring about delivering quality, which was bound to happen once WCW got bought out and any serious form of competition was lost.
I just don't see it ever reaching that level of greatness again, and I have yet to here from others who watch the show that it's even coming within a mile of approaching that. It takes more than the occasional ppv hit that would be lucky to happen once a year for that to be the case.
Ah well, that just makes it easier to know what era of time to encapsulate for when professional wrestling was at its peak, preserving it, and showcasing it to others who are interested. As for me, I'm prepping to revisit 1995-2002, bouncing between WCW Nitro and WWF Raw.

Wrestlemania 18 and 24 were far better than 30 and 31, at least in my opinion! Great list though! To me Wrestlemania 19, 17, 22, 21 and 20 were the greatest Wrestlemania shows ever!

@@TheDVDFreak I'm indifferent about him. I feel like he never made a memorable impact on the business. Like if he never existed, we never missed anything. But if Hulk Hogan, Rock, Stone Cold, and CM Punk never existed we'd miss a lifetime of classic moments and matches.
